# Weekly report archive

> Where weekly reports are filed once sent, so a past week's report stays findable without opening a dozen files.

Weekly reports pile up fast, so they're kept in a dated folder rather than logged one row at a time. Record the folder location here and file each week's report there as it's sent, using the naming pattern below.

## Folder location

**Location:** *(add your folder link)*

**Naming pattern:** `{account}_weekly_{YYYY-MM-DD}`, dated by the last day of the week covered.

**Retention:** 12 months.
