Week 1: Learn the conventions
Read the naming conventions overview. You don’t need to memorize the patterns, only to know they exist and where to find them.
4
Week 2: Take the path for your role
Paid media onboarding if you’ll work in ad platforms. Brand onboarding if you’ll produce creative or copy.
5
Week 2: Do a real task
Pick the walkthrough that matches your first piece of work: make a campaign, write copy, brief creative, write an article, or report on results. Each one tells you which documents to fill, in what order, and where to save the result.
Two habits worth forming early
Link, don’t paste. If a brief needs the positioning statement, it links to positioning. Pasting it in creates a second copy that quietly goes out of date. File the finished thing. Every completed brief has a library it belongs in. A brief nobody filed is work nobody can learn from.Where to go when you’re stuck
